  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
  3. Identification of the material on our site that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., a URL).
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. How We Respond

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will notify the uploader that the content has been removed and may provide them a copy of the notice.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA agent. A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or the district of Utah if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

5. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

6. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
