• Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code.

2. Community Features

The platform includes community features such as guilds, reading oaths, and the lore board. When participating in these features you must:

• Treat other users with respect.
• Not use community features to organize harassment campaigns.
• Not impersonate other users, authors, or platform staff.
• Not post personal information of other users without their consent.

3. Author Responsibilities

Authors who list books or run email campaigns on the platform agree to:

• Only submit books for which they hold the necessary distribution rights.
• Accurately categorize content using available spice level and age category fields.
• Only send email campaigns to subscribers who have explicitly opted in.
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly (our system handles this automatically).
• Not use subscriber lists obtained through the platform to send campaigns on behalf of third parties.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please use the "Report" button available on community content, or contact us at help@stuffwithfantasy.com with the URL and a description of the concern. We review all reports and will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in content removal, a warning strike, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, at our sole discretion. Repeat violations will result in permanent bans. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
